The Privacy Policy describes how Indyme LLC (collectively, “Indyme “we,” “us,” “our”) process personal information about that we collect online through our website.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information that is submitted to or collected through the products that we provide to our customers or that our customers provide to us. If you are a user whose personal information has been collected by our products (i.e. a customer of a store or company that uses our products), that company’s privacy policy governs the collection, use, sharing, and storage of your personal information. We operate as a service provider/processor for that information, not a controller, and we process that personal information in accordance with our contracts with our customers and as directed by them. These data files may be web beacons, cookies, clear gifs, pixel tags, software development kits, e-tags, flash cookies, log files, or similar technologies. Additional Information About our Use of Cookies and Other Online Technologies
We collect use information received through online technologies (such as web beacons, cookies, clear gifs, pixel tags, software development kits, e-tags, flash cookies, log files, or similar technologies) to, among other things, analyze and track data, determine the popularity of certain content, deliver advertising and content targeted to your interests, and better understand your online activity.
We also disclose information collected through these technologies to third-party advertising and analytics companies, such as Google, companies allow third-parties to provide analytics and advertising services and serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet and in mobile applications. We may share information about your activities on our website and allow third-party advertising and analytics companies to combine it with information about your activities on other websites, mobile apps, and devices. Code § 1798.83) permits customers (as that term is defined in the law) to request certain details about how their information is shared with third parties for the third-parties’ direct marketing purposes.
